Arts and Services for Disabled Inc. DBA Able ARTS Work operates the www.ableartslearnforlife.org  website, known as Learn for Life, which provides the SERVICE.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our visitors and participants. This Privacy Policy is especially directed at:

We allow our third-party payment vendor, PayPal, to collect information for the purpose of collecting fees from users on the Website. 2. Classmarker.com 

We allow our third-party vendor, Classmarker, to collect information specifically for the Continuing Education Programs, and ensuring they function as required. This information collected includes, but is not limited to: your name, email address, licensing number, test scores, credits awarded, and certificates of completion. Our third-party vendor is subject to their own privacy policy with regards to how they collect and use information from sources such as cookies and log data. Please see their privacy policy for more information

Our legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy will depend on the personal information concerned and the specific context in which we collect and use it. We will normally collect personal information from you where we need the personal information to perform a contract with you (for example to provide our services to you), where the processing is in our legitimate interests and not overridden by your data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms (for example our direct marketing activities in accordance with your preferences), or where we have your consent to do so (for example, for you to participate in specific surveys and focus groups).

Arts and Services for Disabled Inc. DBA Able ARTS Work is a United States (US) company and the Learn for Life website is based in the US. If you are located outside the US and choose to provide information to us, your Information is transferred to our servers in the US. The US may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the Information. When we transfer your Information to the US, we will protect it as described in this Privacy Policy. By visiting our Website or providing Learn for Life with your Information, you fully understand and unambiguously consent to this transfer, processing and storage of your Information in the US.
